    1. By using Xenovate AI, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement with us.
  3. Account Registration and Security
    1. To access our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activities under your account.
    3. Xenovate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information.
  4. Acceptable Use
    1. You agree to use Xenovate AI solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    2. You must not:
      • Use the platform to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful.
      • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with Xenovate AI systems.
      • Sell, rent, or sublicense any part of the platform without prior written consent.
  5. Subscription Plans and Payments
    1. Xenovate AI offers tiered pricing plans, including subscription-based and pay-as-you-go models.
    2. Payments must be made in advance for subscriptions. Failure to process payment will result in account suspension.
    3. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of subscription periods.
  6. Intellectual Property
    1. All content generated by Xenovate AI remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. However, Xenovate reserves the right to analyze anonymized data for service improvement.
    2. The Xenovate name, logo, and other branding elements are trademarks of Xenovate and may not be used without explicit permission.
  7. Data Privacy
    1. Xenovate AI collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    2. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of data for improving services.
    3. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    1. Xenovate AI provides its services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
    2. Xenovate shall not be liable for:
      • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
      • Loss of data or content due to technical issues.
    3. In no event shall Xenovate’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last six months.
  9. Termination
    1. Xenovate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
    2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Xenovate support.
    3. Upon termination, access to your account and any stored content will be immediately revoked.

    2. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  11. Dispute Resolution
    1. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
    2. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the laws of the UAE.
    3. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Xenovate AI.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
